    Investigator™

Investigator™ is our extensible architecture for multi-protocol and multi-function testing supporting a wide variety of service network topologies.
This scalable and versatile instrument for high-speed serial data communications measurement, analysis and verification provides unprecedented flexibility via our user-editable protocol database tool − Protocol Creator & Editor.

The architecture′s building block design allows each of our products to work individually, or in conjunction with the others under a unified system that is fully backward and forward compatible to all previous generations.

Each Absolute Analysis Investigator™ system can be fully customized to meet the specific needs of our customers.

High Speed Serial Test Solutions
Unique Capabilities:
Generate, control and see all bits. This includes the bits filtered out by most hardware. So, we can see the idle frames, the primitives, and all payload content. We can see all of this at the bit level, the frame level, and decoded all the way up to layer seven - even your custom protocols.
Test multiple simultaneous protocols and backplanes. The Investigator can often replace:

  • Several protocol analyzers
  • High Speed State Logic Analyzers
  • BER testers
  • Link emulators
  • Several Traffic Generators

Negative testing:

  • Take data in, delay it and resend it,
  • Corrupt or change traffic on the fly
  • Mirror it without losing any bits

The Investigator is implemented in hardware so it can:

  • Filter traffic at full line rate and capture only the data that you're interested in
  • Detect traffic of interest and reply with predetermined traffic

Protocol Validation - Embedded Test - System Test
Telemetry and UAV link testing - Silicon Validation
Multi-Protocol Test with a Single Viewer and Timestamp
Proprietary and Classified Protocol Testing
Negative Testing with Errored Traffic
Faster and Deeper State Analysis with Higher Layer Protocol Decode
Protocols: Custom (user defined), Fibre Channel, Ethernet, Serial FPDP (sFPDP), Serial RapidIO, SATA, SAS, CPRI, OBSAI, TTE, AFDX, and many more....

    Storage Emulation

SANBlaze manufactures target and initiator emulators for FCoE, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, SAS and other storage protocols. Our highly configurable systems are unique in their ability to emulate actual storage devices. Our target emulators allow you to create read/write drives and tapes, control latency and configure error conditions. Our initiator emulators behave as a real initiator, not just a traffic generator or protocol tester, providing real login and command control.

Utilizing emulation systems in the development, testing and manufacturing of storage networking hardware and software products provide a flexible, scalable and cost effective approach to product development and delivery.
