Why Sierra?
Clients sometimes wonder why any equipment manufacturer would assemble a network of Manufacturers' Representatives or Distributors such as Sierra, in lieu of dealing directly with their clients. The answer is really quite simple; Sierra Technologies provides the following FREE services to our clients:
- Rentals: Most of the Test Systems are available for rental on a monthly basis. Whenever a rental client decides to purchase the system they are currently renting, simply ask about a credit of on-time rental payments applied towards purchase.
- Lease/Purchase: Using a third party equipment finance company, Sierra can handle all the arrangements for the financing of the test systems that we handle. With the opportunity for affordable monthly payments, companies can have access to the very best in test equipment without damaging their cash flow.
- Trade-In/Upgrades: Many of our principals have a trade-in, upgrade program available. Our Clients can forget the worry of being stuck with obsolete test equipment. Contact SIERRA for details of the available trade-in, upgrade programs.
- Product Literature: For the past fifteen years, Sierra Technologies has maintained a program that assures that our clients are always kept up to date on the newest test systems and products available. We attempt to contact every single person in our database of thousands at least once a year, to assure that they are provided with updated product literature and are made aware of any new stuff we have available.
- Tech Support: In addition to the technical support available to you from the manufacturers we represent; Sierra Technologies staff is also available for telephone, email, and on-site technical support. Since we are located closer to our clients, we have the ability to react quickly to help solve any technical problems you may be faced with related to the systems we handle.
